WHY WE GIVE

At God’s Favor Church, we believe in giving generously and cheerfully, just as the Bible instructs (2 Corinthians 9:7; Proverbs 3:9). Tithing is the foundation of giving. When we give the first 10 percent of our income to the church, we put God first in our lives. We also give as an act of worship and because God first gave to us (John 3:16).

Through your faithful giving, we’re able to share the Gospel of the love of Jesus Christ with our community, city, nation and world. We believe it leads to more people going to heaven, and that is our ultimate goal. We honor your gifts with faithful stewardship, ethical business practices and full accountability.

Text to give is as easy as it sounds. Simply text your donation amount to (323) 673-7654. If you want to give beyond your tithe, use the keyword KINGDOM to help fund outreach efforts, building projects, and other initiatives.

If you prefer to give by cash or check, you can always do that in service. Fill out a Give envelope, enclose your donation inside and drop it in the offering.

Cash Apps are a quick and easy way to send in your donations. Simply open Cash App and enter the amount you’d like to donate. Please add your name in the ‘for’ line if you desire a statement for tax purposes.  Below are the Church’s cash apps
